Our Story
The Beginning
A colleague approached the founder one day and asked if he could help. The colleague was providing consulting to a company struggling to grow and needed someone to analyze their paid search marketing channel. After evaluating their situation, he discovered growth opportunities and put together a plan to end the bleeding and start growing the channel. He was hired on the spot to implement the plan and manage the channel. What transpired afterward planted and nourished the seed for what would eventually become Growth IV.
Countless meetings were held with the CEO during which time the founder began seeing through the lens of a struggling CEO who was clawing his way to sustainable growth and had no idea where to turn to find the knowledge, or who to hire to effectively manage areas of his business. He had limited staff and resources to pay for help, and was going into massive debt to bring in new customers in hopes for growth.
The Struggle
Researching countless hours on the internet for easier solutions led to frustration for all. There was not one place to go for a complete growth solution. And hours were wasted sifting thru articles padded with fluff to help SEO rankings or selling services rather than give business owners quick answers to important questions.
The founder concluded no one should have to suffer like this and started building a solution to help similar growth-hungry businesses, becoming known as Growth IV.
